James Highland is an artist based in Atlanta, Georgia. Growing up in a large, creative family, art was a natural part of his daily life, encouraging his imagination and guiding his artistic path from a young age. This early exposure to creativity laid the foundation for his continued exploration of artistic expression.

James holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and specializes in abstract and abstract figurative styles, exploring the relationship between form, color, and composition. Outside of the studio, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, son, and dog, balancing his creative practice with family life.
